| Message text you are probably correct about the lewis gun as i do seem to remember something about it...been
quite a long time since i play the board game at all
its quite possible that the original game had a rule about flying off the board edge only on your own side...as i recall there was a debate about that on this forum and i was a proponent of counting a flight off the enemy board edge as a kill
the extra abilities you mention are not part of the single battle scenarios but rather part of
the campaign
i would certainly not mind seeing them introduced
nor would i have a problem with the Lewis Gun being added to the game
at the same time i would like the game to be changed so that the late model Siemens is removed from the counter mix except for a single player bomber intercept scenario against an auto moving bomber
where you and i part ways is that you want to add things that were NEVER part of the original game, nor the online version
i am a big girl and even though English is not my first language i dont need you to explain the meaning of Luddite or Hypocrite to me
i am very much in favour of change, but i am not
in favour of a redesign of the game |
