On game 27 they fired even if darken set minimum HDT 2.

They fired like normal guns...4 per gun, distance 5 (penalty -1) + broadside (+1) = 0

Later, at distance 4, they did not fire (even if 4 guns would fire at that distance with HDT 0)

I think you miss-understood me there BG...when I found out my carronades where firing at any distance I set them to HDT 2 and then they didn't fire at distance 4...
