In game number 786 I had a ship (the America) surrender prematurely. Here was my note in the game:

Just looked it up in the rules: "America without rigging, surrender by immobility." Is an ERROR (BUG) that we need to report. Here is what the rules say: "if all rigging squares are marked off, and no friendly ship of the same or larger class as the firing ship is within ten squares distance, the ship will surrender to the first enemy ship which can rake its hull." 1) I had a ship withing 10 hexes, and 2) the America was not getting raked.
