Bug is neither side is getting an opportunity to assign melee parties. The dialog comes up but is as if some other player's ships were entangled rather than ours.
I'm seeing this on several games as of the last day or so.
Yeah, there's a bug somewhere.
Unfortunately I can't upload a fix from where I am now.
I tried to fix it this morning but actually ended up uploading just an older file which probably has not this bug but it doesn't include some of the recent fixes either.
