Suggestion: you may want to include the files from some existing scenarios. That way we can see how the existing ones are done. We can even tweak them at the beginning to get a feel of the UI.

Java 6 will do (maybe even lower).
I'll probably send you the editor during the weekend, I just want to add a couple of things before distributing the first version
