| Message text I'll have to second Karl's concern, though it seems that more often than not it's an adverse wind that brings movement to a screeching halt. Most of my advanced games have quickly turned into drifting artillery barrages.
Instituting repair rules would help, but I still see a lot of long, slow games with the current implementation.
