As I said in a previous thread, there is no distinction between games created before and after: when the code is updated, all games and leagues will immediately begin to use new rules even if they started with the old ones.
Nick wanted to create a code to make leagues created before keep using the old scoring but given the amount of changes in the in-game rules, the "fairness" of the leagues would be altered anyway - so I guess we will just update without making any special code for old games/leagues.
