Hi derekticus,

almost three years ago, in the middle of a big project in which I was fully involved, the HR manager called me in her office: "here's the resignation letter."
"What ?" I asked
"I thought someone told you" was her answer.

In less than 4 months I found a new, better job. I'm really happy with my new job, and when I think at the old one, I realize it wasn't so important as I thought.
