Hello everyone,
I've finally fixed the whole grapple/unfouling/boarding preparation system so that it properly follows the boardgame rules.
I hadn't time to properly re-check really everything, so some bugs might still be around.
There have been some interesting changes compared to the previous behaviour, so I wrote the following FAQ to describe the new system.
One of the most important changes is due to application of Rule IX.D.13, according to which surrendered enemy ships are treated as friendly, so no need to grapple/foul to TBP to them.

FAQ - Grappling, Unfouling and Boarding Preparation Questions

Who can i grapple/foul with?
You can grapple or foul with any ship afloat. As ships currently do not explode/sink, any ship is a valid target for grappling (or fouling).

How does "Unfoul" selectbox work?
If you set "None", your ship will not try to unfoul.
If you set "Friend", your ship will try to unfoul only with ships belonging to your coalition.
If you set "Enemy", your ship will try to unfoul only with ships belonging to the opposing coalition.
If you set "All", your ship will try to unfoul with any ship it is fouled to.
Enemy ships captured by your coalition are considered part of your coalition - use "Friend" (or "All") to unfoul from them.

How does "Grap Friends" selectbox work?
If you set "none", your ship will not try to grapple.
If you set "grap", your ship will try to grapple every adjacent ship belonging to your coalition.
If you set "ungrap", your ship will try to ungrapple from every adjacent ship belonging to your coalition.
Enemy ships captured by your coalition are considered part of your coalition, so they will be affected by Grap Friends.

How does "Grap Others" selectbox work?
If you set "none", your ship will not try to grapple.
If you set "grap", your ship will try to grapple every adjacent ship belonging to your coalition.
If you set "ungrap", your ship will try to ungrapple from every adjacent ship belonging to your coalition.
Enemy ships captured by your coalition are considered part of your coalition, so they will not be affected by Grap Others.

Is unfouling always successfull?
Unfouling has a 2/6 chance to be successfull, regardless of who you are trying to unfoul with.

Is un/grappling always successfull?
If you are un/grappling to a ship of your coalition or to a surrendered enemy ship, it is always successfull.
Otherwise, it has a 2/6 chance to be successfull.
Enemy ships captured by your coalition are considered part of your coalition.

Who can I send an OBP to?
You can send OBP to any ship of the opposing coalition to which you are grappled or fouled, except struck ships (House Rule).

Who can I send a TBP to?
You can send TBP to any ship of your coalition, unless they are surrendered.
You can also send TBP to enemy ships, but it will take effect only if they are in a surrendered state when the Melee Phase starts.
You don't need to be grappled or fouled to execute a transfer.
Enemy ships captured by your coalition are considered part of your coalition.
Remember that an enemy crewless ship is not a surrendered one, so it must be surrendered or captured before you can use TBP to transfer crew to them.

This FAQ will probably added or somewhat integrated into the "How to Play" page, which has not yet been updated to reflect latest changes
