In case of a tie, the winner among tied players is the one who has covered the most cities and harbors.
You can see the game #22831. The second and third players have 83 points. The red player is ahead and he has 13 cities and harbors, but the yellow one has 14.
Same situation in the game #22652. The red player has 12 cities and harbors and the yellow one has 15, but the red one is ahead. |
