the game is still in beta, so instructions are mostrly missing.
In the first phase of each turn, you have to select the cards you want to play. If you click on the cards on the higher part of the right column, you'll be able to select them. Choose one region and one action (see the rules for some clarification).
The fief you have to place is shown lower, near the secret cities card (this is not its final position, we still have to find out were to place all these items).
In the second phase of the turn, you'll be able to drag and drop the fief on the map.
