First action was seen when, in game 20, the Sagittaire, commanded by the infamous pbass, took an extreme long range shoot at the Active. Captain poohshoes of the Active, stood on his bridge and pooh poohed the anemic attempt as it fell well short.
A short time later, in game 6, shots were exchanged and both sides had the honor of seeing damage done ... , and the humiliation of being the first struck by enemy fire. Formidable, captained by dcr66 was able to get in a rake on Gibraltar, commanded by Flashrock, but in so doing, exposed herself to a rake by Tonnent, also commanded by the aforementioned, Flashrock. Mostly rigging damage was reported, although Formidable did take a hull hit.
Meanwhile, we are slowly building up steam (just a figure of speech, no steam allowed in this event) with seventeen games under way.
