I've had that problem before, multiple times. I go back to the previous move, and then go forward again to the current move/turn. When you click on your ships to move, you will see the results that you had previously entered for your moves (ghost images). Then just reenter your turns like it never happened. You can't change your moves, but they're entered. That works for me, at least.
