Happened to Akaisuisei and Muzza, I've made the screenshot for them.

Game 143 Turn 12 (but they said it happened in earlier turns as well).

Some ships fire with rake bonus even if they are sailing parallel routes with the enemy..and even if the enemy actually fires back at them!
