Most if not all have one more box than that is stated in the n#/n# box above them.
Just looked at my copy of the rules (the pdf version) and the rigging for the boxes is correct, the numbers are wrong, except one of the french ships that has the 4 4 7 rigging (probably should be 5,5,5)
