I often see this in Captain games where the lead ship chooses not to move or does a small move.
does it need a rule that stops you from colliding when following a line ahead or a way you can tell members of your own fleet what you are doing as in tailing in Blue Max I find it annoying when the lead player in a line is not agresive.
