| Message text Obviously a sequence order "bug".
You want all ships to start moving at the same time.
In the program code it is probably one ship at a time and unfortunately the Royal Oak was the first to move and upon checking it was blocked by the next vessel.
Then the others moved a step, and then RoyalOak could start in her first step as a second turn step.
