In this game the same problem;

(turns 6 and 7 but read the comments and you'll see)

In two moves in my game with one ship I am 1 hex away from a ship in raking position and one hex away from a normal broadside ship.

Last week my ship would fire at the highest HDT , thus the to be raked ship.
But today it won't..only firing at the normal broadside ship.
