Agreeing with the above, in the game(1804) vs AndyG, all my ships surrender due to rigging loss (rule 8.D.4.b) in spite of being within 10 sq distance of still fighting vessels (same size or bigger than the opponent).
Is there something I do not understand 
AndyG is far better at cutting off my sails than I am at making holes in his hulls  |
