Now we have
[] Surrender
[] Propose Draw
selections.

But what if I would like to say that, "Fine, I can see that you clearly won, I can live with that, and ... congratulations for you"
or
"I think it's quite clear that I won this time, do you agree?"


This ends way too much delayed games, where winner is clear, but "loser" just seems to play time and tries to make the "winner" select Surrender or Draw - or to make "non-aggression-couter" do it's job.

If we keep "score" in future, then we need this type of option.

Of course, if no score is counted, then we don't have that whole problem. and we can rename that Draw selection to "propose to end this scenario".
