| Message text Presently* a surrender means that the victors are not credited with points for the surrendered ships. Not only is that ahistorical, capturing ships were always looked on as a great success, it's also undesirable from the angle of playability since it means that a player can deny his opponent the fruits of his work by surrendering when the he's losing.
Gratefully hoping for change.
