Subject:WS&IM Crew window not functioning properly

I have had this happen now in 3 different beta games, the crew box fails to give me all the options I should get. The only options I get are the "surrender" and "offer draw" check boxes. I do not get to set up DBPs or OBPs or TBPs...
current game # 23485. We are fouled and grappled, so I will automatically lose any melee that occurs.
