BlackJoke's Solitaire was a captured ship at turn 12. On turn 13 BlueDragon transferred his crew off and the prisoners taken over the control of the ship. The ship's dialog shows BlackJoke as the owner. However BlackJoke has no control over the ship and neither his partner (me in this case) can control that ship.

I am out (for now anyway) because all my ships are captured. Somehow this game got into my "Your Games" rotation. I was expecting to make a move in it. Since there is no dialog to do my moves, I click "Back to Game list" and it never bother me again.

Suggestion: when all your ships are captured by your enemies, it should never get into your pending games rotation.
