Travis (Groghards) informd me of the decision; was there a problem finding a new person to join?

There must be some other way of being able to do this, instead of giving the #1 team two losses.

Is there a timeout rule?

I believed Mark sent out an email on June 25 regarding this forfeiture rule. It should not matter whether it get applied on the #1 team or the #4 team. That means we better have a couple of alternatives available on short notice.
