You didn't miss anything - they're not available yet. Beta testing identified a number of issues which the developers need to work on, and with their time limited recently, it's kind of on hold. Last I heard, another round of beta testing is planned once the issues are resolved. I couldn't even guess at how long it might take for that to happen, so I won't try.
