I've seen this pop up a few times in the Ranger/Drake scenario and I wonder if this is a bug related to this game??

Unless I'm missing something, points are only gained when you capture(/sink/destroy) an enemy ship.

While we're on this topic, would it be possible to get the ships' point values. This would help when bug checking the game scoring.
