the starting positions seem to be fine for both sides here with the spanish frigates in the centre, however as the game pans out it is evident that it is very much balanced towards the british side. winning seems almost impossible for the spanish, perhaps if the crew strengths were even; both sides average or both crack? it may even things up a bit more.
