on turn 12 Vengeur (look to the SW) could've raked Monarch, but chose Eagle and a non-rake with the same number of bow guns at the same range. I think you mentioned this in one of the monthly updates, but I wasn't sure if it was implemented yet. Just thought I'd send it along.
I didn't check the game yet, but yes, it is probably a mistake. The current code doesn't choose targets optimally. This will be fixed in the next update (which will probably happen near the end of May).
