What did you do to the guns display? I get all those X + Y numbers with very tiny boxes. The display is clipping the ship graphics as well in the floating dialog box.

I am using Chrome 25.0.1364.172 on a Win7 64bit OS. I did the CTRL-F5, same result.

I am using Chrome too and the boxes/numbers near the guns look the same as those about hull/crew/rigging.
Do you get smaller ones for guns? If yes, could you link me a screenshot?
X+Y numbers are guns+carronades, for bow (top) and stern (bottom) on each side.

Wait, I've understood the "tiny boxes" problem.
During this update, games already running had their guns "doubled" (they were duplicated to make for the new bow/stern division).
As a result, ships in running games have now "more guns" than they are supposed to have, so their guns boxes are "squeezed" to fit into the space allocated for the guns they should have.

This shouldn't happen in games created *after* the update
