Besides the fact that Sagittaire only has 3 guns, at a range of 4 gives you a -1 on the HDT? I can't imagine why you can't fire!!

Look in the margin for turn 30, where it says "unable to fire".

By the way, "Retarded" is not Politally Correct. The proper term is "Mentally challenged". No, it's not a bug.
