I assume that's a Simplified game (not the newer but not-yet-released Basic game), so there should be no drifting at all.
But in a Basic game, drifting is always with the wind (or should be) without changing attitude. It looks like all Chiggy's doing is sidestepping (my term). He's moving L-1-R.
