One question and one assesment:
1) When ship A is riggingless and enemy ship B comes into rake position BUT ship C (riggingless or not) is still within 10 hexes from ship A (but not into firing position towards ship B)..then what ? ship A is surrendering immediately or not ?
"If all rigging squares are marked off, and no friendly ship of the same or larger class as the firing ship is within ten squares distance, the ship will surrender to the first enemy ship which can rake its hull".
The rules did not say who can fire at who (except for the raked ship), thus we implemented the rule as stated: the 'saver' ship must only be in the 10 hex range... but can be 15 hex away from the firing ship.
And does ship B that fired ship A riggingless get the points at that very moment ?
Yes, in the turn that the riggingless ship surrender, the score is divided among all the ships that was able to fire at it.
And what if later some other ship/player decides ship A should be shot to sink (as obtaining by raking is not possible..all ships are covered), does HE get any points ?
No score... score were already awarded.
2) it seems that a whole load of games cannot get finished now because the move capable ships are allready down the wind (and not able to fire at earlier riggingless-shot ships) and the earlier riggingless ships obviously cannot move down the wind. This is then a Stalemate.
Yes, this is a problem... but should be fixed soon when we'll add the "draw" button. For now, just ignore those games.
